"I stopped by Cycle Gear last Thursday to see if I could find what I needed to start riddling again after 20 plus years. I met Joseph and he was exceptional in showing me around the store and explained the different merchandise. Joseph was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping a new rider find what I needed and maybe what I didn’t need. I placed and order for some gear that they didn’t have in my size and I got it on Monday. I know that I am realitiely new to this sport but Joseph helped me with every thing from helmet to boots. If I ever have a question about what is needed for a trip or just a casual outing I will be back to see Joseph at Cycle Gear. There were several other more experimented riders in the store while I was there and he took care of everting they needed at the same time helping me.
